Daym, that'd be too much for me to stomach right now, glad that it's out there though.New York Times wrote:The footage of the Warsaw ghetto, which the film's editor, Erwin Leiser, a German-born Swede, says he found in an East Berlin film vault where it had been secreted because it was considered too shameful to show, bears terrible and sickening testimony to the brutality of Hitler's minions in their treatment of the Jews. Even though it runs for only a few minutes, it is shattering and unforgettable.
Shot by S. S. (Elite Guard) cameramen, it shows hungry children begging piteously in the wall-enclosed streets, starving people lying helpless on the sidewalks while gaunt dead bodies are picked up from beside them, loaded on open carts and hauled away to lime pits, into which they are tossed. The dismal agony of these poor victims of the Nazis has never been more graphically shown on film.
There is also an interesting sequence showing the not too much publicized trials of the officers and Nazi officials caught in the anti-Hitler conspiracy of 1944. And the last shots of Hitler, flabby and feeble, are extraordinary evidence of his final decline.
No wonder this film, with its reminders of the way in which the German people fell for the bombastic build-up of Hitler and his Brown Shirt party in the dark depression years, with its pictures of wartime excesses and unbelievable persecution of the Jews, snapped open the eyes of contemporary Germans and left them glassy and aghast when it was shown to them last year.
The narration, done in English by Claude Stephenson, is full of sound and fury, signifying a lot.

I love the uploader's and some of the comments insistence on this video as a propaganda film.
Some downplay and trivialise the lives lost during Nazi Germany times, and some are just borderline paranoid and conspiracy.

Oh heck. The uploader is called "The Third Position" as well. That pretty much guarantees that they are a Nazi sympathizer and an Anti-semite.maledicenttails wrote: ↑Fri Oct 20, 2017 4:08 pm I love the uploader's and some of the comments insistence on this video as a propaganda film.

It's a shame because I can't find another copy of it on YouTube except this one which is in German:
