Religious assimilation program in England

Hi all,
This is my first post. I am currently investigating a Religious Assimilation program here in the United Kingdom. Bribes in the form of a £10 000 lottery grant are being used to pair up children with those from other religious group. Bare in mind U.K is a very secular nation despite being a Christian country this an attempt to get Atheists to accept Religious groups.

I Would like to know peoples views on this matter as I find it a disgrace that they have to bribe children to make friends. No I did not write the article. I can understand why you may think this as there are a lot of faith apologists that target forums.
