In a way you are correct. At least in the western world, whites have some level of privilege over to other races of men. However, whites of other demographical minorities do tend to be discriminated against in a similar manner. For example, homosexual men of any color will experience some level of discrimination or ridicule. However, homosexual men of color are more likely to experience harsher discrimination or ridicule. As a white homosexual male, I speak from my own experience. Another thing to look into is "reverse racism." It doesn't exist to a great extent, but I have observed its occurrence on occasion. Finally, you're statement can only be considered partially correct in the context of the western world. Nations predominantly composed of people of color will discriminate against whites. Racism or other arbitrary distinctions made by people are not a white quality, but rather, a human one.
