Gladly, first, I would like to mention that the orthodox christian believes in the trinity being one person. So whenever a claim of "the lord" is made, that refers to all three members (father, son, holy ghost) in a sense. Isaiah is a book mostly regarding prophesies, ranging from the first, to the second coming. In Isaiah (1:26) (2:4) (2:17) (11:2) (11:4) prophesies that the jews held dear of their awaited messiah (messiah never meant savior, btw, so they were actually expecting a plain old man, which was why the Pharisees and religious leaders accused him of blasphemy for claiming to be the son of god) basically, they expected freedom from roman rule. The scriptures I mentioned range from the whole world repenting of hate towards israel, to the whole world accepting their messiah, which obviously didn't happen :)
