hello all,
I am new to this forum! To keep it short, I am an engineer by profession, a lifetime lacto - vegetarian with a serious thought of going vegan. I am here seeking the guidance from the practicing vegans! Well, I am a practicing Hindu and I have no problem with atheism (which is also a branch of Hindu philosophy). So, I would like to keep my discussions inclining more towards Veganism but, less towards religion.
Thank you !

Re: Hello all !
Hello Anirudh, welcome to the forum. What sort of advice would you like about going vegan?

Re: Hello all !
Welcome anirudh! It's great that you'r aspiring to go vegan.
There's a huge health advantage to skipping egg and dairy, you just have to make sure to get enough B-12 (take a supplement), and eat your legumes (lentils are great).
We'd be glad to give you nutrition advice if you can tell us a bit about your diet now, and the food you like.
