Do you find that annoying?

I don't know if this happened to you but I know someone who is very religious and she have to say god in almost everything she say and I find that annoying sometimes. How do you deal with those kind of people? It also happened to me a second time while I was just walking outside a stranger come to me and say things like you are special, god have chosen you, etc. and they are serious about that.

People can feel the same way about geeks who reference pop culture all of the time, or vegetarians and vegans who might talk about animal abuse often. It's just people talking about things that are important to them, or that they are passionate about.

As long as you don't think it will convert you, you should be safe hearing the religious speech woven into things here and there.
I'd give her a break, and try to learn not to be annoyed by it.

Maybe start a discussion on religion with her? These are opportunities to bring it up and have an interesting conversation.

Yeah starting a discussion on religion would be a good idea. There are some things that are important to me but I don't continue talking about it if you are not interested or if You don't look interested by it. But sometimes it's funny to hear them talking about their religion.
