Can this be the case to improve the system? what do you think about it ? I think its a start of some sorts, if we are able to find sollutions to these problems, combined we can do better.

If true, that's great. Can you find another source for this? Sometimes these stories can get exaggerated by journalists misunderstanding or just copying from others (the telephone problem).

Well...i think this is real. Journalists always take interests to make a good subject..it cannot be done on things that are not always true. Otherwise they cannot do a good job within their environment.
I think its appearence everywere can be a good thing as an example to influence and inspire others to do the same.
