Who/Whom is/are most to blame for Climate Change?

It’s kind of an issue of psychology, and selective ignorance in an age of nearly limitless information is a good example of that. I wonder if @Jebus has any thoughts on that?

The problem is that too many people are polite and supportive when they hear someone say something stupid. If more people laughed, and/or in other way made the person feel uncomfortable, I believe people would be more careful when making claims about things they don't know about. Operant conditioning works and we need to see more of it applied.
