you should look into getting SSL for your website
youtube is SSL if you look and see that little keypad lock in the URL browser that is how you know a website is secure and those should be the only websites that you share credit card/ personal info with

Also just an idea but you could always download the tor browser and make a new youtube account and post it that way... tor browser re-directs your ip address so no one will ever know where the video was downloaded from.

In conjunction with PrincessPeach you should also look into adding HTTPS encryption to the website. This adds more anonymity to the users as well.
