Spirit "Science"

So by now you may or may not have heard of a YouTube channel called "Spirit Science". To save the trouble for those who haven't, it's basically this YouTube channel that uses spirituallity and creationism, and tries to infuse it with science. Most of these claims tend to be unsubstantiated, baseless claims that no person, rational, irrational, or Pat Robertson irrational could even believe without questioning it (Don't believe me? Just watch 5 minutes of their video on evolution. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ha_9Omn9obk). My best guess to why people actually find this garbage to be "insightful" may be due to the fact that the creators and writers have exceptional speaking skills. Some guy would watch one of Spirit Sciences videos, and the moment they hear the word "equinox" they say "Wow this guy knows his shit! I'm losing knowledge not subbing dammit!!!!!!11110100101010" and click subscribe. Almost nothing Jordan Pearce (The creator) says is congruent to actual science, and I usually find his "science" to be one-sided and bias. In his channel description, he claims "We DON'T know" which is true, you don't know, but you claim to know. Your videos show you and your wrold view that doesn't jive with reality. This just goes to show he knows nothing about actual science, and just goes along with things the way he wants them to be, simple. remember, this guy thinks crazy things like martians coming and invading the earth.

To save the trouble for those who haven't, it's basically this YouTube channel that uses spirituallity and creationism, and tries to infuse it with science.

Not creationism as you know it. He doesn't deny evolution, he just has a very different understanding of it.
His cosmology is more post-vedic, with some Buddhist and Gnostic esoteric themes. A cycle of universal evolution, where everything is linked together by energy which causes mutations based on sacred geometry which is linked to consciousness. He sees it as emergent, rather than imposed. Which is closer to how it really is than how Christians see it, but also quite a bit off in many ways.

He didn't do careful research. It's all pretty much repeated from various new-age sites. You know the old game "telephone" where each person repeats something, and it's a little wrong each time? It's like that, mostly.

In his channel description, he claims "We DON'T know" which is true, you don't know, but you claim to know.

Kind of, kind of not. He's mostly just throwing hypotheses out there, but he does come off much more sure of himself than he claims, particularly in his claims referencing scientific studies.
The biggest problem is that he's misreporting studies that he's getting from places that have been misreported, so on and so forth, until they bear little to no resemblance to the originals.

He tries to integrate a whole bunch of new-age beliefs into a single system; not just aliens. There are much stranger claims on the channel than that.

spirit science is what originally drove me into new ageism. the young man (Jordan) the stylised cartoon and the upbeat pseudoscience appeals to a younger audience and I was 14 and lonely at the time. When it comes to new-aged nuts Teal Swan, otherwise known as Teal Scoot has to take the cake. although every once in a while she says something that is not completely disagreeable. her childhood story is clearly a fabrication and considering the serious nature of her sob story (abuse, child rape, child sacrifice, cults, religious hatred, proclaimed psychic (she claims to see "vibrations" a classic term left very loosely defined by newageism), it relay is a sick way to sell a few books, kinda makes me angry that I bought it (both her story and her book).
