Re: What are the BEST youtube Channels you have ever seen?
I first saw some of the Vegan Black Metal Chef's videos about a year before I really got into Black Metal, so I'm curious if I would enjoy his uploadings even more now, and if any of the music would have recognizable influences from bands I enjoy currently. I'll need to check out his channel today after I've gotten some rest.ArmouredAbolitionist wrote:What's your YouTube channel called? Would you like another subscriber?Pumpkin wrote:- My own channel

Also, so what kinda of Metal do you like ArmouredAbolitionist? Metal music is the genre I'm probably the most passionate about, (though I like a sizable amount of other stuff) so I'm always interested to talk about it with as many people who share the interest as I can, and share the different bands and songs we know about.
The sub-genres I have the most extensive knowledge of and which I generally enjoy more than the other sub-genres are Black Metal and Death Metal. Power Metal, Thrash Metal and Folk Metal I also know a fair bit about, and some bands in those genres are among my favourites, it's just that I haven't found quite as many bands in these genres that I enjoy a lot. I'm still acquainting myself to the staples of Doom Metal and Industrial Metal. I know most of the well known Heavy Metal bands like Iron Maiden, Satan, Demon, Saxon, Manowar etc. but haven't really found too much underground or recent Heavy Metal yet.
My top ten is probably
1.Sigh 2.Blind Guardian 3.Absu 4.Manegarm 5.Necrophagia 6.Nocte Obducta 7.Transcending Bizarre? 8.Forefather 9.Kalmah 10.Vreid
If you'd like to continue talking about Metal music with me, it would probably be a good idea to migrate our discussion to a thread on this forum where the discussion wouldn't really be too off of the main topic though.
To get somewhat back on topic, the main youtuber I go onto youtube to see really is TheVeganAtheist. I sometimes also watch Let's Plays of video games but that's more often by random people. I found RedGamingTech to be a pretty good channel for video game news, so I guess there's that too. There's a number of channels here listed by people above me of which I've heard referenced in a positive light before, so I'll probably be checking them out pretty soon.

I think it would be better to discuss this in the "What are you listening to" discussion thread.Dream Sphere wrote:Also, so what kinda of Metal do you like ArmouredAbolitionist? The following quote by Dream Sphere was posted in the "Significance of Your Username" thread, but I think that this thread is more appropriate for what I'd like to say.
Dream Sphere, how do you like Sir Skeptalot's videos? My favorite videos of his are:
-Science disproves that Science can Science
-God Exists Because I Don't Understand Science
-Nut at the Museum
-Shock of God-Awful Arguments
-Kirk Cameron's: Armoured Christmas (it's on the YouTube channel Bible Reloaded)
*Referring to the Armoured Skeptic.Dream Sphere wrote:Also, I'll probably have to go check out that youtuber* whom you got part of your username from, since I've kinda been wanting to, but had lacked the initiative to check out more youtubers who have discussed those types of issues. It would definitely be interesting to hear some more well thought out perspectives on the topics regarding religion, and also hearing how they're disassembling and analyzing the irrational claims some people have come up with. So, I'll make a point of checking out that channel today.

I like a lot of Repzion's videos, but this is a great response to his recent video responding to a vegan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdX51h3 ... 0w&index=1EquALLity wrote:Alright, let's see... (also in no particular order)

Re: What are the BEST youtube Channels you have ever seen?
I did not like that video. I felt any point he was trying to make was completely undermined by his insistence on calling Repzion stupid, attacking his fandom of Pickachu(which has nothing to do with this argument), and that annoyingly condescending baby voice he did. I almost stopped watching it the first time he did that voice, but I figured I'd watch it all.EquALLity wrote:I like a lot of Repzion's videos, but this is a great response to his recent video responding to a vegan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdX51h3 ... 0w&index=1
