vague and non specific

Post by onebigvegan »

short is good, so.

probably slightly longer be better, so
atheist and vegan for 25years or possibly a little longer memory gets vague and i'm not really counting, engineer based, tolerant of those who know no better but are open to listening, that is more than allowing pressure waves to pass by whilst only thinking of what they are going to say next.
trolls make me laugh. i'm a brit so, sarcasm and wit also make me laugh.
i'm more than aware that there more animals being killed that when i first started, so don't, just don't.
if you're a person that has little control of what you eat, or live in a place that veganism is not actually possible then, i'm ok with that. certain irony that veganism is not a word on the spell checker, not sure if that's my browsers fault though.
i'm a 100kg; 6feet2inch; i bench 80kg; walking is something i like usually with a 25kg pack for 15 to 25k a day depending on hill size. generally happier with open sky,
favorite food is a Nepali daal bhat. but i love veg so that's bonus, there's no excuse for being a pasty faced feeble and scrawny vegan, unless you've got a medical condition, then, ' sorry to hear that dude.'

Hi, welcome to the forum!

Veganism is shown as a spelling error on mine too. It wants me to write galvanism, apparently.

welcome to the forum. I wonder if I can fix the spelling issue in the backend. I will have to investigate.

It's the web browser's spell check function. It pulls from services like Google. I don't think we can do anything about it.

Veganism.
Except right click on it, and select "add to dictionary"
Google probably takes metrics on that action. If enough people add it to their dictionaries, the'll probably add it globally.

Welcome to the forum! Vegan for 25 years? That's impressive! I commend you for your dedication. I've only been vegan for 14 months but I'm certain that I will be vegan for the rest of my life. Veganism is something that I'm very passionate about.

No excuse for being a pasty-faced-feeble-and-scrawny vegan? You got that right! The false stereotypes about vegans are so trite and ridiculous. They're way overdue to be demolished. I'm not an especially large or strong person, but I like to be healthy and fit, and being vegan so far has been an extra motivator for me in this respect! I'm 60kg, 5'9", and the most I've benched so far is 50kg. I always want to get stronger, so I'm still a work in progress.

one thing that keeps me going as that people keep going vegan, we loose a few awe gain a few, i have no idea about the figures, the courage of you convictions is the most powerful thing you can own, it won't get you laid, no one will think you are cool, you will be harassed, verbally abused, people will still be offended by your choice, but as long as you have the feeling that killing is wrong, and killing by proxy is wrong, you will not falter, occasional feck ups will happen, but hey mistakes are a human trait, just move on and don't worry about it, i think when you start you're hardcore vegan then you become a life vegan, strangely you'll have more in common with a hunter who eats what they kill than a person who buys a slab of necrotic muscle tissue off a supermarket shelf, its about respecting honesty. ArmouredAbolitionist it's respect to you more than me i think, the weights will come, there's no rush, i do pilates and gym when i can't get to the countryside, i can't do 100kg anymore, i get to many injuries, i'm too old, so now its lots of little reps and an attempt to keep or gain flexibility. some will people will make mistakes feeding you from friends to restaurants, they don't know, let them know though, sometime politeness with honest and earnest people will get you along way, I was in Nepal and just had daal, one had a piece of chicken floating in it, chicken stock! in the daal, yuck, but people are different cultures are different. most people you will encounter will respect you for sticking to your beliefs and if you can explain why it will go along way. so veganism add it to you dictionary:-) and in 25years it may be a word.
