Well, I'm surprised. I remember reading something about the older a person is, the less likely they are to be an atheist today.
Yes that is correct but it depends what made you an atheist . If you have denied God for some reason in your youth you tend to regret and turn to God as you grow older but if you looked for evidence of God and did not find one you remain an atheist till you find the evidence.

There are some pretty good reasons to go vegan. Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibuQ-J04eLQ

Yes I agree . As I said my son is one and he does explain the benefits.

Ah, alright. So you never really believed any of it at all?

I would not use the word never because when one grows up in a family one does tag behind one's parents' belief. So I do remember going to Sunday school and saying my prayers and reading the Bible.

The process is of turning into an atheist is gradual and it happened during my formative years. I had friends from different religions in India and they all swore by their God. The bible says there is but one God and so those contradictions make one think and question. You cannot question someone who already believes in some God so it is important to question yourself and discover yourself what it is all about.

Which program?
I really cannot say precisely which program it was but it was about the falsehood in Islam and I thought it was an interesting program.
