That sounds like a good option. You can fix leaks. Put it in a bathtub to find the leak, then you can patch it.

Does anyone know anything about using treadmills when doing desk work?

I got inspired by watching Dr Greger using one in a video where he was doing work on his computer

The ones that are designed for walking seem extremely expensive though

I saw him doing that; it's clever. I would just build a little desk on the treadmill. Maybe put boxes to either side to elevate the desk a bit, and partially dismantle the treadmill.

I think I would be limited in the amount of things I could do like that, but it could be great for some tasks.

Sorry to revive this old topic, but I have a question. I tend to sir on my chair with my legs crossed on it. Sometimes I get paresthesia (or in lamens terms Pins and Needles) in my foot and I'm nervous about that since it happens a lot. Well what do you think?

Change position more often, and don't do that if it's cutting off your circulation. Find a better way to sit that's comfortable and doesn't put a lot of pressure on certain points. It may also be due to the chair.
