There should be no problem finding supplements in India, but plant milks with supplements might be a problem. Not sure if you'll be able to find nutritional yeast either unless you're in a big city.

Do you have a card you can order things online with? That would be the best bet.

For vit D3, unived has one in liquid form that you can get from Amazon (personally, i avoid the calcium-d3 combo). Alternatively you can buy Deva's D2 from amazon but some people have problems raising their vit d levels with D2.

For vitb12 supplement, there are two options cyanocobalamin and methylcobalamin.

For cyanocobalamin, the dosage is 1000mcg tablet twice per week

For methylcobalamin, the dosage is 1000mcg tablet/day because of its lower stability. You can buy that from a pharmacy neurokind by Mankind brand (1500mcg tablet).
