Yes, it's about how everyone is getting dumber, and how that will probably end horribly if the trend continues without introducing mediating factors (technological, political, etc..)

The common IQ tests are a decent estimate of general intelligence (g), but there can be problems with them. (Just the ones I can think of): is the person actually trying his best or deliberately failing, and can he actually read the questions (lack of education). At least historically those have been sources of error, but I doubt they aren't taken into account anymore.

That's high. Although if you got it from somewhere where there's any kind of commercial interest, I'd suspect them of inflating the results to stroke people's cocks.
