There's a lot of stuff you'd have to buy (tens of thousands of dollars), but it's accessible to a hobbyist. Could take a few years (or a gofundme) to save up.

Oh, wow. I guess I'll save up if I want to do that, but I'm still not sure what I'll study. I have to think about it.
