I'm unsure if not eating everyday is healthy, I recommend you see a dietitian to make sure you're not malnourished.

Whenever possible I open a hole in the ground and just shit there... I guess that's a way of composting

Well that's one I'll have to google later. I'm still trying to understand the mentality behind the Paleo diet. Sure, eat the same as a bunch of primitive humans, and live longer! I actually like when people eat this diet, because it increases the chance they will die at the same age as those who originally "invented" it. Free up some parking spaces.
