Don't think that's it either in responding to this on mobile right now. It's not always doing that just doing it a lot.

It does. I've gotten it a few times. A refresh fixes the problem though, and it's not that often.

I've solved this problem by deleting all of the caches in my mobile web browser. I've yet to have this problem arise again.
