The german band "Heaven Shall Burn" is vegan, I don't think I have to look up whether they are atheists. They also voice their support for animal rights in some of their songs.
Angela Gossow ex lead vocalist of "Arch Enemy" is also both vegan and atheist.
"Earth Crisis", an American band, promote animal rights and a vegan lifestyle in most of their songs.
