Okay, so since you liked the first two Blind Guardian songs, here's four more, hopefully the one from the ANATO album will be more likable than “The Maiden and the Minstrel Knight” which was also from that album.
Here's one with some progressive rock elements and is generally more varied, with a solo.

This has more variation, however it's long hopefully it'll remain engaging.

This has a good solo and is somewhat varied.

Here's a lighter Blind Guardian song.

You seemed to not care much for that Forefather song, but they've done some stuff which is different enough from the song I gave you that I'll give you a few more recs from them.

Here's another Uaral song.

Also, you didn't seem to say anything about that Gallowbraid song I gave you, and I'm curious what you thought of it.
Here're four new Folk/Black Metal recommendations.
This is long, and hopefully there's enough variation, the atmosphere is quite enjoyable I feel.

This is shorter and more lively, hopefully the harsh vocals will be tolerable. There are also some clean vocals.

This doesn't have a load of variation, however the atmosphere is excellent, and hopefully the vocals will be likable.

This has more harsh stuff in it, but hopefully it can be tolerable or better yet enjoyable.

Here are a few more Sigh recs.
http://blood-music.bandcamp.com/track/midnight-sun
This has harsh vocals, hopefully they'll be tolerable.

This has harsh and clean vocals, hopefully it'll be enjoyable. It's also one of my favourites of theirs.

Here's some different Avant-garde Metal to check out.

Here's a song from Wintersun's first album which has less synths than the songs from their second album which is what I had shown you. This one only has clean vocals, and a very good solo, however the other songs on the album have harsh vocals, plus more clean vocals sometimes. --

Here's a few more more Power Metal songs which will hopefully click better.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5585NcRtE7Y
This has Blind Guardian's vocalist as their own.

This one is fairly cheesy/silly, yet quite catchy. To me I wish they executed/recorded some parts better, though it's still pretty good, but I'm unsure what you'll think.

Finally, here's just a bit more random stuff for the sake of seeing what you think if you feel like checking it out.
Here's a progressive black metal song.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uB2eov1tCUA
Another song by Demons & Wizards, it's a semi-acoustic ballad of sorts which picks things up later on in the song, that I would figure you would like.

Here's a song I'm unsure you'll like. It starts off with rhythmic tribal like drumming and some ambience, and later turns into a kinda dark ambient sludge metal song.

I appreciate that you made the response which you did, and as usual you can take as much time as you want to reply, and don't have to address/listen to everything if you don't want. I'm quite certain you'll like at least some of this stuff, though hopefully it's a large portion of it that'll be enjoyable. Also, I'll be getting to checking out the stuff you had mentioned about a little while ago, as well as will check out that band Kayak soon, and hopefully I won't forget like I had previously. Plus, sorry about those last three, and it's okay that you couldn't listen through them completely. I guess I'll try to limit the amount of Extreme Metal that errors on the more extreme side that I recommend to you, though I might try to recommend a bit here and there, I won't recommend too much until/if it seems to start appealing to you more.
