...Yes?
Is that the right answer? I don't know much about the mangas. They're a kind of cartoon, right?

Mangas covers all kinds of genre, from romance to comedy, action and horror. They are made in the form of "comic books", but are usually black and white. Toriko is the main character of the manga by his own name, and he is like, a super duper meat eating superman. Here is a picture of him:

Answer is no.
Toriko is often shown to be caring for animals and will not harm them unless he has to eat them.
With his 'gourmet cells' he is required to eat a lot of food and it also gears towards certain types of food. Many of which include meat.
His whole mantra is practically being thankful for the ingredients of the world and he hates it when people kill for sport or don't cherish the animals being hunted/killed. He also eats a large variety of plant foods, of course.

Damn lol. I have never read Toriko btw. From what my friends told me and from tv tropes, I imagined he was the ultimate meat eater.
