Morality Vs Ethics

So i've been thinking.
Ethics, as the Philosophy of Morality, defines what we ought and not ought to do. It's essentially the ideal form of Morality, the perfect version. Whereas Morality as in itself is just a process of how to define what is right and wrong.
Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology are needed to define how and why morality exists, defining it as how it is, but Ethics or Philosophy defines the Ideal form at which Morality should be shaped. Basically, Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology defines how to think and build up morality, while Ethics tells us what to think.
When Theists asks, "where our morality comes from" since it's not from their holy book, they really imply that we don't have one. Also implying as if they have the monopoly of morality. But often i notice that they only encompass the Philosophy and Theology of morality, not the Sociology, Anthropology and Psychology etc. etc.
