Thanks for the welcome! Its fine though, sometimes a smaller community can be better (:

I became a vegan by accident at first, one day my mom was cooking and she made some pork stuff. I hate pork so I just grabbed some rice and beans and felt fine the next day. I went that whole day eating some nuts and a salad (subconsciously) and came home and lucky me it was leftover night. I said no, and just grabbed some rice and beans again. I felt fine the next day and literally just said whatever and went vegan. About a month into veganism I declared that I was doing it for the better of the people, the earth, and the animals! I am not a vegan for my own health, but for the health of the planet.

I do not believe in god as I have seen no strong evidence for one, im open to the thought but proof would be needed!

Hi Qwel, that's great, welcome! I'm glad you joined.

Unnatural Vegan lurks here sometimes. She doesn't post much, but I'll say hi for her too.

Great vegan story, I haven't heard that often.
