vegan: to exclude—as far as is practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for any purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment.

In no particular order...
There are sure some stylistic differences in each of these Youtubers so hopefully you'll find at least one that appeals to you.

I think she used to be vegan, but I'm skeptical.

I would guess that she eats meat now.

See http://theveganatheist.com/forum/viewto ... t=20#p1567

On top of that, her last video also kind of emphasized on being vegetarian.

That's good if she still is. She may not have given it up yet. Didn't she used to be vegan?

That's not really evidence for caring about vegetarianism/veganism or farmed animals... most people randomly care about dogs and cats.
It is evidence that she doesn't understand utilitarianism, and that she cares more about sentiment than suffering.

I think she was just parodying the feminist schism in the atheist community right now.

What I heard that she thinks being vegetarian doesn't make her a better person than somebody who eats meat.

While being vegetarian alone may not do this (you could be a vegetarian and a serial rapist and not be a better person), all other things being the same, it most certainly must make somebody a better person to become vegetarian- otherwise you aren't really vegetarian for moral/philosophical reasons at all, you're vegetarian for sentimental reasons, which are much more subject to change as people grow older and more jaded by the world around them.

It is a safe assumption that the warm bleeding heart feelings a young person feels will be severely dulled after harsh life experiences. A sound logical footing doesn't dull quite as easily.

The video about the dog above reinforces this sentimental tendency.
I also haven't seen her take her friend TJ to task on his nonsense, which I suspect means that she fundamentally agrees with him on most of his points, and sees it just as a matter of personal preference.

She doesn't seem to have spoken at much length on the subject, though, so those are some assumptions that may be wrong.

I will be pleasantly surprised if she's still vegetarian in two years. She may be more philosophically aware than she lets on.

Not that I know of, I guess not.

Have you seen the video? See did mention animal rights and vegetarianism for a short moment. But it is indeed not much to draw definitive conclusions.

You're right that the video doesn't say much, but it is at least noteworthy that see brings up the topic 'regularly' (which was the point I tried to make).

I think it depends on how you define 'a better person'. You can be an unfriendly person that acts nasty towards others, but by being a vegetarian your moral decisions about eating may have a huge moral impact. If she doesn't think her actions are morally 'superior', she's just being political correct and doesn't understand morality and like you said utilitarianism.

My guess is that she isn't passionate about it anymore, while she is very passionate on the subject of atheism now. That may be a reason for her to just let TJ do his talk untouched.

It seems that way, yes. And that's something even brilliant minds sometimes think (also heard it from A.C. Grayling). It's great to have Sam Harris arguing against moral subjectivism within the skeptical/atheistic community.
