I'm 29 years old and I've been on the plant based path since 2012. I believe in nonviolence- I find veganism to be a natural consequence of that pursuit. It is wonderful that so many people are discovering the vegan lifestyle, and bringing down the dark system of exploitation that is all around us. Thank you all for making a difference!
