I know this isn't a discussion post but I wanted to find a way to give thanks.

For a while, I have struggled with mental health issues, and I tend to have intrusive thoughts about a certain subject. I don't want to delve into too much detail about this but I want to give my thanks to @Brimestonesalad . A user from reddit linked me to a post by them and whenever my thoughts get too hard to bear, I always turn to that post you made. Again, I am vague about the topic because I don't really want to spark a discussion about this particular topic that is bugging me, but just that I want to give thanks to BrimstoneSalad. Hopefully I can message you so I can go a bit deeper as to why I am thankful.

Yea, it is about that. I don't really want to delve into it because I tend to get anxious thoughts about it despite the fact that I disagree with Benatars arguments. I always go back to the post about debunking Benatar when the thoughts come back and I can't tell myself to shut up.

If you'd be willing to help, I'd love to hear what arguments you think we should address in the article, because I'm never sure which points antinatalists find the most compelling.
