What are some of your favorite educational TV shows?

I usually like VICE, and sometimes watch How it's made

Out of curiosity, was it that special that sparked an interest in you, or were you already watching it before?

I think VICE is really great. I'm going to try to watch the first two seasons soon.

I haven't heard of that other show, and I don't think I know of any other educational shows. But I did recently watch a movie (I think you can still get it on demand for free if you are subscribed to HBO) called Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief. It was pretty educational, and very interesting.

I learned about both VICE and that documentary from Real Time with Bill Maher, which I think is educational about politics and world events etc., but education is not the sole focus.

Interesting, yes. Educational, not really. It just reaffirmed what I already knew, namely that the common person is extremely gullible.

It was more than that. It went over the church's scandals and history.
